This policy explains how AI & Partners B.V. collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, book a demo or use our services.
1Who we are
AI & Partners B.V. ("AI & Partners", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in the Netherlands, operating from Amsterdam, London and Singapore.
2Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about AI & Partners and our services. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited marketing, or in any way that disrupts its operation or security.
3Website content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, screenshots, logos and software, belongs to AI & Partners or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners.
4Management of the website
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, remove content, or carry out maintenance at any time, where this is needed to keep the website secure, accurate and working properly.
5Our responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the website, from misuse by others, or from websites we link to.
6What personal data we collect
We collect:
- Information you give us, such as your name, business email, company, role and message, when you book a demo, request the on-demand video, subscribe to updates or contact us.
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Article 11).
- Information needed to deliver our services and manage our business relationship with you, if you become a customer.
7Why we use your data, and our legal basis
We use personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and arrange demos (legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- Provide and support our services (performance of a contract).
- Send you updates and insights you have signed up for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- Improve our website and understand how it is used (consent for non-essential cookies; legitimate interest for essential ones).
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
8Who we share data with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, CRM, email and analytics providers. They act on our instructions and are bound by data protection agreements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not allow partners to use it for their own marketing. We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
9International transfers
Because we operate in the EU, the UK and Singapore, and use service providers who may be located elsewhere, your data may be transferred outside your country. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
10How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry and demo data are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
11Cookies
We use:
- Essential cookies, which the website needs to work. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site, using privacy-friendly analytics tools. Data is anonymised where possible.
- Marketing and CRM cookies help us understand interest in our services, using our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie banner. Consent is renewed every 12 months.
12Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and, where applicable, Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:
- access your data
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to its processing
- receive a copy in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time
To exercise these rights, email us. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests). You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
13Marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every message, or by contacting us.
14Images and product information
Screenshots and images on this website are illustrative and may show demo data. No rights can be derived from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
16Applicable law
This policy is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
